WQX, WQXD type sewage dirt submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump), consists of three parts: pump seal, electric motor. The electric motor is located in the upper part of the electric pump, which is single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and motor are sealed by double-face mechanical seals, and each fixed stop seal adopts "O" shaped oil-resistant rubber sealing ring as static seal. This series of electric pumps has the advantages of compact structure, large flow, high head, high efficiency, easy to use, etc. The key parts of the mechanical seals are made of hard alloy and high-quality silicon carbide, which have good anti-corrosion and anti-leakage, and are durable.

Product Usage:

This series of electric pumps are widely used in municipal sewage offices, construction projects, hotels, mines, ponds, printing and dyeing, papermaking, textile and other places of sewage filth discharge, can be pumped mud, slurry, domestic wastewater, sewage feces and urine and contains fibers, confetti, mud and sand and other fixed particles of the ideal equipment.

Conditions of Use:

1、Medium temperature does not exceed 40°C.
2, medium pH value in the range of 6.5 ~ 8.5.
3, the medium contains solid impurities volume ratio of not more than 0.1%, particle size of not more than 0.2mm.
4, the power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V, the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9~1.1 times of the rated value.
5、Diving depth is not more than 5m.
